クリスマスショートアニメ

アメリカのTV局CBSが1966年に流していた短いクリスマスアニメーションだそうです。

素朴でほのぼのしていますね。
樵さんが（のこぎりで）弾いている曲は”God Rest Ye Merry, Gentlemen”、古いクリスマスキャロルのひとつです。作曲者は不詳で、イギリスの伝統曲として知られているそうです。
ちなみにチャールズ・ディケンズの『クリスマスキャロル』の冒頭にこの歌が登場しているとウィキペディアに書いてあったので、そんなんあったけと思ってプロジェクト・グーテンベルグ（英語版青空文庫）に行ってみたら、ほんとうにありました。

Scrooge seized the ruler with such energy of action,
that the singer fled in terror, leaving the keyhole to
the fog and even more congenial frost.
